A Build Plan is an AI readiness assessment done by people who build. We don't hand you a deck of trends. We look at how your business actually runs, then tell you plainly where AI will save time, where it won't, and what to build first.

You come out with a written roadmap, a short list of quick wins your team can use right away, and a fixed-fee quote for your first build. If you go ahead, the cost of the Build Plan is credited toward it.

Build Plan questions

Is a Build Plan the same as an AI readiness assessment?

Yes, with one difference. Ours ends with a buildable plan and a fixed-fee quote, not a score. The people who assess your business are the same people who would build the tools.

Do we have to build with you afterwards?

No. The roadmap is yours to keep. You can build with us, build in-house or wait. If you do build with us, the Build Plan fee is credited toward it.

How much of our team's time does it take?

A kickoff session, a few short interviews with the people who do the work, and a handover meeting. We work around your busy days.
