Frequently asked questions

Direct answers about cost, data, timelines, ownership and how we work. If your question isn't here, ask it on a build call.

What does it cost to work with YourAI Build?

Pricing is on request, because every business and every build is different. Most work starts with a Build Plan, which is a fixed fee quoted after a short call and credited toward your build.

First Builds and Build Workshops are fixed fee too, so you know the number before any work starts.

Is our data safe?

We work inside the tools you already use where we can, so your data stays where it lives today. We don't train public AI models on your data, and we choose business-grade AI services and settings that keep it private.

Before a build starts, you get a plain-English summary of what data the tool touches, where it goes and who can see it.

How long does it take?

A Build Plan takes 1–2 weeks. A First Build, one tool with a fixed scope, takes 2–4 weeks. A Build Workshop is a half or full day. Larger projects are split into phases so your team gets something working early.

Who owns what you build?

You do. The code, the setup, the prompts and the documentation belong to your business. If we stop working together, you keep everything and can run it yourself or hand it to someone else.

What tools and AI models do you use?

We pick the tools to fit your business, not the other way around. That usually means AI models from the major providers, connected to software you already run, like Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, your CRM and your accounting system. If a simple setup does the job, we don't build something complicated.

Do we need technical staff to work with you?

No. Most owner-led businesses we work with don't have an IT department. We build tools your team can run day to day and we train the people who use them. You need someone who knows how the work gets done and can make time to talk with us.

Do you work outside Saskatchewan?

Yes. We serve Saskatchewan and Western Canada first, including businesses looking for AI consulting in Regina and Saskatoon. We also work remotely with businesses across Canada and the US, and workshops can run in person or online.

What is a Build Plan?

A Build Plan is our AI readiness assessment. Over 1–2 weeks we map your workflows, data and tools, find quick wins, and hand you a written build roadmap. It's a fixed fee, credited toward a build if you go ahead. See how a Build Plan works.

Do you offer AI training for employees?

Yes. We run staff and leadership workshops, hands-on training for the tools we build, and help you put an AI use policy in place. A Build Workshop is a half or full day, in person or online. See training options.

Do you offer ongoing support after launch?

Yes, through Build Partner, a monthly retainer. It covers support hours, new tools as you need them and ongoing training as your team and tools change. Pricing is on request. Read about Build Partner.

Do you work with farms and ag businesses?

Agriculture has its own home. Farms and ag businesses are served through AG AI Solutions, our sister company that builds AI for agriculture. YourAI Build focuses on trades, manufacturing, professional services, retail, clinics and non-profits.

Where can our team learn about AI before we start?

The AI Collective shares practical AI news and education for Saskatchewan. It's a good place to get your team comfortable with the basics. When you're ready to talk about your own tools, book a build call.
